1.The film is mainly made of PVC material and consists of EPE sponge and black film. Our flexible PVC embossed film is available in variety types of embossed patterns, and film with customized patterns is also available.
2.The flexible PVC embossed film comes with uniform thickness. The available film thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.60mm and the thickness tolerance is 0.01mm. Meanwhile, the PVC film comes with width from 30cm to 155cm and hardness from PHR18 to 60 to suit customers' demands.
3.Due to high quality, good processability and good ink absorption, the flexible PVC embossed film can be processed by welders and printers.
4.We utilize environmental friendly DINCH plasticizer from BASF and special production equipment for our plastic film manufacturing, so as to offer worldwide customers eco friendly flexible PVC embossed film conforming to EN71- III, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, and PAHS standards.
5.Due to high quality auxiliary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA, our flexible PVC embossed film is provided with good resistance to fire, static, aging, and UV, etc. Also, it is mould proof and has good air tightness. Test reports by SGS and TüV are available.
